the staff were incredibly helpful, making my solo getaway truly enjoyable, and I loved the close proximity to lucan demesne, a beautiful park perfect for an afternoon walk.

The food served was a highlight, especially the local pastries at breakfast, and the friendly staff offered excellent service during our meals. The location was convenient for city access, but the family room was noisy due to its position facing the motorway. Also, it would be great to have more parking options, especially for electric vehicles.

The food at the hotel was wonderful , especially the breakfast that set us up for the day. The staff were super helpful , especially Mary and Claire who sorted our travel info like pros.

The hotel features a lovely Victorian-style architecture that adds a unique charm, giving it a picturesque first impression. It offers decent family accommodations with comfortable beds and a bistro that serves quality food.

The family room felt a bit cramped with three beds, making navigation tricky. There's noticeable noise from the nearby M4 motorway. while they installed extra glazing, it might still be disruptive for light sleepers. The shower setup could be quite challenging. the positioning of the hot water pipe made it awkward to wash up without burning yourself. The room also carried an unpleasant odor upon arrival, which detracted from the overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, and I enjoyed a relaxing evening at the onsite restaurant. The cocktails were delightful, and the service was prompt despite a busy night. Make sure to try the dessert. it was the perfect end to my meal!
